One of the most exemplary aspects of the city of Hamilton is the history behind the city; initially, one group of Natives were settling this land, but were forcibly kicked out by the Iroquois and eventually, a man named George Hamilton helped get a courthouse and jail¿from there, what would now be called Hamilton spent the next 170 years or so (since 1846) evolving into the metropolis it is today.
Getting around the city of Hamilton is almost pathetically easy; between the immense volume of public transit bus stops, multiple GO stations throughout the city (West Harbor, Grimsby, and Aldershot), not to mention the fact a large highway runs right through the heart of the city (that highway being Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway) that can bring you right to virtually any part of it. Also, for the Highway 403 that runs through western Hamilton, heading west on it can take you towards London and Windsor, while the Queen Elizabeth Way that runs across the northern shores of Hamilton heading east can take you towards St. Catharines and Niagara Falls; heading north on the Queen Elizabeth Way takes you up towards Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, and Toronto. As you can clearly see, despite being close to virtually everything you could want with any one of the Hamilton condos for sale, if you feel like checking out the other nearby cities, it¿s extremely easy to do so. Also, the aforementioned GO train stations can do you the benefit of being able to take you to all of the nearby major cities without you having to worry about gassing up and taking your vehicle for overly long distances.
Amenities are everything about Hamilton when it comes to ensuring you have access to the necessities AND the bonuses.
